Terms and Conditions

Marina Bay Sands is the Official Hotel. Booking at all the hotels is closed.

1. Please be informed that all hotel bookings made would be charged directly by the hotel.
2. Upon completion of booking with payment, a confirmed booking number will be issued by the hotel immediately when you booked through their web link.
3. The hotel will need you to input your credit card details when booking the room.
4. Any cancellation must be notified in writing by email to the hotel reservation department groups@MarinaBaySands.com before Friday, 8th November 2019.
5. For any cancellation received after Friday, 8th November 2019, the hotel shall be entitled to charge the full duration of room nights booked.
6. Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 7% Goods Services & Tax (GST) or prevailing government taxes.
7. ++ denotes: 10% Service charge and 7% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
8. Kindly note the official check-in and the late check-out time (some hotels would have a different check-out time) and the charges: official check-in time is at 1500hrs and the check-out time is at 1100hrs at Marina Bay Sands and a 50% charge will be imposed
9. for check-out before 1800hrs and a full day rate for check-out after 1800hrs.
10. For early arrival in the morning before check-in time, you are advised to book an extra room night. An extra room night would not be reserved should the Conference Secretariat not receive any instruction from you to do so. Should you be checking out late, the late check-out charges as stated above in point 5 would apply, please inform the hotel upon checking if you require to check-out late.

12. Room bookings through the airline, corporate programmes and travel agents will not be entertained by the hotel during the Conference period.
13. As a limited number of rooms have been reserved for participants and it will be on a first-come-first-served basis, please make and confirm your booking early & promptly.
14. Once all the reserved rooms are taken, all other bookings will be subject to room availability & prevailing rate at the time of booking.
